Job Description:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Preparation of MIS reports relevant for the company and ensuring timely reporting on daily basis.
- Establishing control on credit for the customers and ensure being the checkpoint for billing.
- Assist with monthly tasks including preparation and posting of month-end journal entries for intercompany, accruals and forex.
- Monitoring and analysing accounting data as and then and produce financial statements or reports including AR, AP, Cashflow, collection analysis, overdue analysis, intercompany reports, etc. on monthly or fortnight basis.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and ensure monthly management reporting as well as year-end group reporting.
- Vouching and Verification of invoices, bills and payments.
- Scrutiny of customer balances and reconciliation of ledger balances.
- Maintenance of Fixed asset register, capital budgeting, Capex maintenance, etc.
- Liaison and coordinate with Banks, statutory authorities or any other relevant persons for compliances.
- Coordinate with external auditors and oversee annual financial audits, maintaining a robust internal control environment.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, reporting standards, and tax laws.
- Manage and comply with local, state, and other regulatory reporting requirements and tax filings including,
- Computation of Income taxes & advance tax.
- Income tax & TDS return filing.
- Transfer pricing study & report filing.
- FLA's, MSME returns, ECB returns, etc.
- Assisting the managerial team in yearly budgeting, forecasting and other reporting requirements.
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned by the reporting head.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, accounting software and databases.
