Quality Assurance and Quality Controller

Role & responsibilities

The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of concrete production at the batching plant. This includes monitoring raw materials, conducting quality tests, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Control: Monitor raw material quality, conduct routine concrete batch tests, and verify mix designs to ensure consistent production quality and compliance with specifications.
• Quality Assurance: Implement QA/QC procedures, ensure adherence to international and local standards, and address deviations in product quality.
• Inspection and Testing: Perform on-site inspections, calibrate testing equipment, and coordinate with third-party labs for independent testing.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records, prepare daily and monthly reports, and document non-conformities with corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience in QA/QC in concrete batching plants.
