- Develop new vendor relationships.
- Develop sourcing proposals.
- Draft contracts for management approval.
- Ensure procurement operations follow regulations.
- Join in strategic sourcing activities, bid evaluation, and vendor selection processes.
- Manage delivery schedules and products.
- Monitor procurement budget and expenses.
- Prepare bids based on assessment criteria for vendor selection.
- Prepare vendor categories.
- Review and shortlist bid submissions.
- Review data to advise changes to policies.
- Review vendor performance to suggest recommendations.
- Work with key stakeholders on sourcing proposals.
