- We are inviting HR Business Partner with over 5+ years of experience in HR Operations and HR Business Partnering to join our rapidly growing, multi-location Operations in India.
- The ideal candidate will excel in providing HR support to various business functions, deliver excellent HR services, and fostering a positive work environment.
-You will play a key role in implementing HR strategies, optimizing HR processes, and ensuring organizational compliance.
Responsibilities:
HR Operations:
- Oversee HR operations, including employee onboarding, payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle management.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and competitive
- Lead HRIS data management, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- HR Business Partnering:
- Act as a trusted advisor to Functional leadership on HR-related matters, including workforce planning and talent management.
- Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to drive employee engagement, performance, and retention.
- Support department managers in resolving complex employee relations issues and offer guidance on disciplinary actions.
- Talent Management & Development:
- Partner with managers to identify skills gaps, training needs, and career development opportunities.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including performance appraisals, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and employee growth by organizing training sessions and development workshops.
- Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the company.
- Conduct employee events, analyse results, and recommend action plans to improve engagement and organizational culture.
- Lead efforts to create a positive workplace environment by implementing programs that enhance employee well-being.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to prepare HR analytics and reports on key metrics.
- Provide actionable insights from HR data to support business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
- Compliance & Risk Management - Ensure compliance with all local labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Assist with internal audits, employee relations investigations, and legal compliance matters.
- Stay updated on employment legislation and recommendchanges to policies as needed.
Qualification:
- Master's degree in human resources, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR Operations and as an HR Business Partner.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and HRIS systems.
- Excellent MS Excel skills, including data analysis, and complex formulas.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
