HR - Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, ensuring that HR initiatives align with organizational goals while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition and Retention

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Design and execute retention strategies to minimize turnover.

2. Employee Relations

• Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and employee engagement.

3. Performance Management

• Design and manage performance appraisal systems to assess and enhance employee performance.
• Provide training and support to managers on conducting effective performance reviews.

5. Policy Development and Compliance

• Create, update, and enforce HR policies in line with legal regulations and organizational values.

6. Compensation and Benefits

• Design competitive salary structures and benefit programs to attract and retain talent.
• Responsible for daily & monthly Attendance management System and leaves management
• Responsible for monthly Salary, overtime payment processing and other periodical calculations , yearly Increments
• Conducting exit interviews & addressing the feedback to the management.
• Responsible for employees full and final settlement process.

Education

• MBA in HR-will be an advantage

Experience

• 10 + years of proven experience in HR management or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
