Key Responsibilities:

1. Test Planning and Execution:
• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
2. Automation Testing:
• Build and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium or Python.
• Ensure automation coverage for key features and functionality.
3. Bug Identification and Reporting:
• Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution.
• Collaborate with development teams to reproduce and resolve issues.
4. Quality Assurance:
• Ensure software quality through meticulous testing and validation.
• Verify that applications meet functional, performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.
5. Continuous Improvement:
• Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance the quality assurance process.
• Stay updated with industry trends and new tools in automation testing.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of automation testing using Selenium or Python.
• Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills to articulate testing results and issues clearly.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Other Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software testing (manual and automation) for at least 1 year.
