Workforce Data Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain workforce data analytics solutions using tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop reports that meet their needs.
  
• Design and implement effective staffing strategies to optimize labor costs and improve productivity.
  
• Conduct trend analysis to forecast future demand and adjust staffing levels accordingly.
  
• Ensure accurate data management by implementing processes for data quality control, security, and governance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in Workforce Data Analytics or related field ( A solid understanding of the US Healthcare space, particularly in RCM and technology, is strongly preferred )
  
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.
  
• Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Advance Excel, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SSIS.
