Sap C4C Consultant

We have an urgent requirement for SAP C4C consultant position for one of our client at Bangalore.

JD:-

Experience: 4+ yrs

Location: Bangalore

Notice period: only immediate joiner

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into end-to-end solution concepts for global B2B CRM digital products.
• Lead the product development process with international teams.
• Act as a subject matter expert for SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C).
• Design, configure, and customize SAP C4C solutions to meet client requirements.
• Develop and deliver training programs for clients.
• Stay up-to-date with SAP C4C updates and proactively identify solutions to enhance client processes.

Required Skills/Knowledge:

• Strong experience in C4C, CPI, BTP, and Reporting.
• Knowledge of Reporting Management, Territory Management, Dashboard Management, etc.
• Experience with agile methodologies, JIRA, Confluence, and more.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

Experience:

• 5-7 years of experience in SAP C4C implementation and support.
