Role Overview:
Vidarbha Infotech Pvt. Ltd are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to oversee and manage our HR department and drive employee engagement, talent acquisition, and organizational development. The HR Manager will act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring a harmonious and productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
2. Employee Relations:
• Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
3. HR Policy Development:
• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal standards.
• Ensure alignment of HR policies with organizational goals.
4. Performance Management:
• Implement performance appraisal systems to monitor and enhance employee productivity.
• Provide coaching and guidance to employees and managers.
5. Training and Development:
• Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
• Promote continuous learning and skill enhancement.
6. Compensation and Benefits:
• Oversee payroll and benefits, administration and employee incentives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
7. Compliance and Reporting:

• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Generate HR reports and metrics for decision-making.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools.
