Position: Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) Automation Intern

Job Description: We are seeking motivated interns to join our team, working on the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) automation project. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of PBM processes and develop a foundation in healthcare management. As a PBM Automation Intern, you will be responsible for updating and managing the Pharmacy Benefit Masters, a critical component for ensuring accurate and efficient service for our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Pharmacy Benefit Master Updation:
• Regularly update and maintain Pharmacy Benefit Master data to ensure accuracy in client records.
• Assist in verifying and cross-referencing data entries to support efficient PBM workflows.
2. Mapping Activities:
• Conduct mapping activities to streamline data integration across platforms.
• Ensure accurate alignment of data sets to improve the accuracy of pharmacy benefit offerings and member experience.
3. Ad Hoc Activities:
• Participate in impromptu tasks as assigned to support ongoing project needs.
• Collaborate with team members to address urgent updates, data quality checks, and other project demands.
