Victrix Systems & Labs - Dynamics CRM Senior Techno-Functional Consultant (5-8 yrs)

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics CRM Senior Techno-Functional Consultant for a potential long-term engagement with an Australian client. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical and functional expertise in Dynamics 365 (D365) and Power platform, with a focus on .NET development and functional consulting.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage Dynamics 365, Power App implementations and customizations.

- Develop and maintain custom solutions using C#.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, Restful API, and Web Services.

- Collaborate with client teams to gather requirements and provide functional expertise.

- Conduct multiple assessment rounds to ensure quality and fit for the project.

- Provide excellent communication and support to client teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 (D365) with a blend of technical (60%) and functional (40%) skills.

- Strong programming skills in C#.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, Restful API, and Web Services.

- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate, or equivalent.

- Proven ability to pass multiple assessment rounds.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with client teams.

- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Competency Requirements :

- Dynamics 365 for Sales : Proficiency in managing sales processes, lead and opportunity management, and sales forecasting.

- Dynamics 365 for Customer Service : Expertise in case management, service level agreements (SLAs), and customer service analytics.

- Dynamics 365 for Customer Insights : Ability to leverage customer data to generate insights, create customer profiles, and drive personalized experiences.

- Dynamics 365 for Project Operations : Experience in project planning, resource management, and project financials
