Oracle EBS HCM COnsultant

We are looking for an experienced HCM Supervisor with expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Human Capital Management (HCM) to lead and oversee the HCM processes and systems within the organization. The ideal candidate will combine a strong understanding of HR functions with advanced technical proficiency in Oracle EBS to ensure seamless HR operations, data integrity, and system optimization. This role bridges HR and IT, driving efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field (Master s degree is a plus).

5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, and Time and Labor.

Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements.

Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle reporting tools (BI Publisher, Discoverer, or FSG).

Experience with system configurations, workflows, and customizations in Oracle EBS HCM.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Oracle EBS upgrades or implementations (R12).

Knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM is a plus.

Familiarity with integration tools and third-party applications for HRIS.

Certification in Oracle HCM or related areas is advantageous.
