Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Web Developer to maintain, optimize, and enhance our website, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and modern frameworks, with a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Magento.

This role requires both independent work and team collaboration, making it ideal for a self-motivated individual who takes ownership of projects and contributes to our overall digital growth.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Website & Application Maintenance: Maintain and enhance our company website and applications using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and relevant frameworks.
✔ E-commerce Development & Optimization: Develop, maintain, and optimize our e-commerce website, particularly on Shopify.
✔ Technical Troubleshooting: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve website-related issues efficiently.
✔ Analytics & Performance Monitoring: Monitor website analytics, provide insights, and recommend improvements for better user experience.
✔ Marketing Support: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing digital marketing campaigns.
✔ SEO & Security Best Practices: Ensure the website meets SEO, accessibility (WCAG), and security best practices.
✔ Team Collaboration & Reporting: Work autonomously while collaborating with the marketing and business teams, providing regular updates on progress.

Skills & Experience Required:

✅ Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a web developer or website administrator.
• Proven experience working with Shopify, WordPress, or Magento.

✅ Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Vue, or Next.js), and PHP.
• Strong front-end development skills, including Tailwind CSS, SASS, or PostCSS.
• Experience with GraphQL, AWS, Git, and scalable architectures.
• Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and website security best practices.

✅ Soft Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks.
• Previous experience mentoring junior developers is highly desirable.
