Vice-Principal

We seek a dynamic Vice Principal to support the Principal in academic leadership, operational management, and school development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Principal in achieving the schools vision and ensuring high educational standards.
• Lead curriculum development, teaching quality, and student assessments.
• Monitor and enhance teaching strategies, lesson plans, and learning outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with educational policies and foster continuous professional development for staff.
• Promote a positive school culture, discipline, and student well-being.
• Support school accreditation, inspections, and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams for academic excellence and school operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in any discipline + B.Ed. (Education management certification preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a K-12 school (Vice Principal/Section Head).
• Strong knowledge of curriculum planning, time-table design, and academic administration.
