Production Supervisor (Navi Mumbai)

Alliance Industries, NaviMumbai is looking for Production line supervisor, with 1-2 years minimum experience. Diploma candidates preferred.

Role & responsibilities

• Line Inspection on a daily basis.
• Training the manpower working on the shop floor.
• Material Planning to ensure smooth running of the production line daily
• Analysing rejection data and sending rejection data at the end of the month to the Customer.
• Sending daily & monthly reports to the customer.
• Assisting with the production & quality team on the shop floor.
• Ensure production & quality targets are met
• Troubleshoot & problem solve issues as they occur on production, suggest improvements if needed
• Work with management to continuously improve production processes and efficiency
• Maintain accurate records and reports on production progress and issues

Preferred candidate profile

The person would be responsible for the day to day running & production of the Relay assembly line.

• Should know how to use Vernier Caliper, Multimeter, gauges
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic Email Skills
• Fluency in English writing
