Walkin interviews-Balwadi coordinator role on coming Monday & Tuesday

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a resourceful coordinator who is passionate about working with underprivileged children and has an understanding of academics and administration to manage a group of Balwadis/ Teachers who will be placed across Mumbai.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum qualification : Graduate + ECCE certification(not mandatory)

Age group 20 to 40yrs

Languages known - Good reading, Writing & speaking knowledge in Marathi & English

Willing to travel across Mumbai locations

Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Office/Word/Excel)

Job responsibilities -

Support a group of Balwadis for academic excellence

Support teachers to deliver curriculum efficiently

Provide technical support for hardware & software deployed at Balwadis

Monitors implementation through regular visits

Identify and report training needs of staff at Balwadis

Support in conducting Baseline & Pre-Tests

Conducting teacher training and supervision of the assigned Balwadi/Other projects

Ensure adherence all standards and procedures

Good reading, Writing & speaking knowledge in Marathi, Hindi & English

Monthly reporting & collection of signoffs

Coordinate with Headmasters / Principals & Block Officers

Willing to travel all across Mumbai

Manage overall Balwadi functioning
