General Manager- IT Application

We at VIBGYOR Group of Schools, hiring for GM-IT Application.

Below is the small synopsis of the role:

Key Responsibility:

¨ Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements

¨ Define reporting and alerting requirements

¨ Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration

¨ Help design, document and maintain system processes

¨ Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team

¨ Communicate key insights and findings to product team

¨ Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer

¨ Ability to liaise with the business and gather/understand requirements.

¨ Analyse the needs of large systems and break them down into smaller manageable parts and suggest the best framework and systems to be used

¨ Helping team to resolve technical issues

¨ Drive and implement process improvement items as the opportunity is presented

¨ Should be hands on experience in leading agile teams by working closely with global stakeholder in prioritizing features/epics.

¨ Manage all people aspects, from talent acquisition, motivation, mentoring and retention.

¨ Own the development, delivery and 24/7 support of the applications

¨ Liaise with the project management team to promote good work practices & continuous improvement
