Architect

The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed. 

Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible for planning and creating architectural design as per Technical Specification

2. Responsible for overall technical leadership of the design and detailing of architectural design solutions developed.

3. Implement, Oversee and review projects assigned and ensure compliance as per industry standards and client requirement and as well consultant.

4. Ability to work with structural engineer to develop design solution

5. Capable of conducting onsite construction observation to ensure compliance with detail design documents

6. Should be coordinating and liasoning with Project Team and customer regarding approval or alteration as required

7. Adhere to good safety practices and ensure the compliance

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in architecture
• 5+ years of experience in construction and architecture
• Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
