Middle School Science Teacher

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging science lessons to students in grades 6-8, incorporating hands-on activities, experiments, and multimedia resources.
  
• Assess student progress through regular quizzes, tests, and projects, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
  
• Develop curriculum materials and assessments aligned with school standards and guidelines.
  
• Collaborate with colleagues to design interdisciplinary units that integrate science with other subjects (e.g., math, language arts).
  
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of teaching experience at the middle school level or equivalent.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Science or related field; B.Ed degree preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Strong knowledge of ICSE/CBSE syllabus for Class VI-XII standard.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective classroom instruction and parent-teacher interactions.
