• You Must LOVE Fashion.
• You should be good in Hand Embroidery settings
• You should be comfortable in Draping
• You should be good at Sketching a detailed range based on Trend Research.
• You should be confident in Adobe Photoshop/Corel Draw.
• You must be a good team player as you will also work closely with other designers.
• You should easily be able to explain your ideas to the pattern master/ karigars

Experience

• 2 to 5 years with minimum 2 years design experience designing for brands like Anthropologie & Free People.
