Position Title: Executive Assistant
Experience Required: 2-5 Years
Location: Hyderabad
Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the MDs Office & Leadership Team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in executive support and project management. This role requires excellent multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.


Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

  • Manage and coordinate the daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the MD's office.
  • Draft, review, and organize correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth communication between departments.

Project Management:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing strategic projects.
  • Track project milestones, prepare status reports, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in project execution.

Administrative Duties:

  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Maintain a systematic and accessible filing system for records and documents.
  • Monitor and manage the budgets and expenses for the MD’s Office.

Process Improvement:

  • Evaluate and improve administrative and operational processes.
  • Recommend and implement tools for better efficiency in project management and coordination.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years in an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably with exposure to project management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello), and other collaborative software.
  • Key Competencies:
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
    • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
