Job Description

COLORS is dedicated to promoting cohesive viewing , through shows such as Udaariyaan, Bekaaboo, Parineetii, Junooniyatt, Agnisakshi Ek Samjhauta, Pyar Ke Saat Vachan Dharam patnii, Saavi Ki Savaari, Suhaagan, Naagin, Tere Ishq Mein Ghayal, Bigg Boss, and Khatron Ke Khiladi amongst others.
- Complex Workflows: Manage intricate workflows involving multiple software and processes within the VFX DI pipeline.
- Time Constraints: Deliver projects within tight deadlines and work flexible hours as needed.
- Client Feedback: Balance creative vision with client feedback, accommodating multiple creative requirements.
- Staying Current: Continuously learn new techniques and creative skills to keep up with industry trends.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the creative, programming, and editorial teams for seamless project execution.
- Resource Management: Optimize resources for successful project delivery.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure high detail in compositing, color grading, and overall project quality.
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough reviews and revisions to meet industry standards and client expectations.
- Software Expertise: Proficient in Autodesk Flame and DaVinci Resolve for high-end compositing and color grading.
- Experience: Strong background in DI color science, broadcast industry processes, and finishing.
- Design Skills: Excellent design and visual communication abilities.
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of video formats, camera RAW metadata, and compression techniques.
- Specialized Skills: Expertise in cleanup, beauty work, element integration, matte painting, and extraction techniques for bluescreen/greenscreen.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle high-pressure work and fast turnarounds.
- Adaptability: Efficiently manage evolving demands and last-minute changes.
- Footage Processing: Experience in handling and optimizing 2K and 4K footage workflows.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to correct footage with lighting, exposure, and color inaccuracies.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, creativity, collaboration, problem-solving, communication, resilience, and time management.
