Sr. Faculty

A "DRA Trainer" is a training position focused on educating and preparing individuals to become Debt Recovery Agents (DRA), primarily involving teaching them the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively collect overdue debts while adhering to legal regulations, usually provided through institutes accredited by the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF).

Key responsibilities of a DRA Trainer might include:

• Curriculum development:

Designing and delivering training modules covering topics like debt collection laws, ethical practices, communication skills, legal documentation, collection strategies, and customer handling.

• Classroom instruction:

Conducting theoretical and practical training sessions on debt recovery procedures, including role-playing scenarios to enhance practical application.

• Assessment and evaluation:

Evaluating trainees' progress through tests, quizzes, and performance reviews to ensure competency in debt recovery techniques.

• Mentorship and coaching:

Providing personalized guidance and support to trainees during their training and addressing any individual challenges they might face.

• Compliance training:

Ensuring trainees are well-versed in relevant banking regulations and ethical guidelines related to debt collection.

• Industry updates:

Staying updated on the latest developments in debt recovery practices and incorporating relevant information into training programs.

Required qualifications for a DRA Trainer:

• Educational background: A bachelor's degree in commerce, banking, finance, or a related field.
• Certification: Certified DRA Trainer accreditation from a recognized institute like IIBF and CAIIB Certified .
• Experience: Prior experience in debt recovery operations, preferably in a supervisory or management role within a banking or financial institution. Should also have minimum 10 years banking experience .
• Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information and handle challenging conversations.
• Training delivery skills: Proven ability to design engaging training materials and deliver effective presentations to diverse audiences.
