Im reaching out to inform you about an excellent placement opportunity through VGM Excellence Centre. We are currently looking for candidates interested in pursuing a role of TeleCalling in Debt Collection and Loan Sales. Below are the details of the position:

Job Description:

• Reach out to customers with overdue payments via phone calls.
• Provide information regarding payment deadlines, amounts due, and available payment options.
• Customer Interaction: Call customers, explain loan products, and address any questions to meet their needs.
• Sales Closure: Assist with loan applications, ensure proper documentation, and close sales to meet targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualification: Minimum class 12 pass and above.
• Languages: Must be fluent in Hindi and a regional language, with the ability to read and understand English.
• Age: 18 30 years.
• Experience: Upto 2 years any experience
