Job Description
Product Strategy and Roadmap:
- Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
- Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features and updates.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities.
Product Development:
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and other teams to define product requirements, features, and user stories.
- Comprehensive experience and knowledge of working on elaborate Product and Business Requirement Documents.
- Take complete ownership and manage the product development lifecycle, including planning, execution, and release.
- Ensure product development meets quality standards and user expectations.
Customer and Market Insights:
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive landscape to drive product improvements.
- Work with customer support and sales teams to understand customer pain points and requirements.
- Conduct analysis and validation of the current product to ensure product solutions are effective and meet user needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Lead and facilitate communication between product, engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.
- Act as a product evangelist, presenting product vision and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans.
Performance and Metrics:
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for products.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, user engagement, and other relevant metrics to guide product decisions.
- Use data-driven insights to iterate on and improve product offerings.
Project Management:
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and launch.
- Ensure that product milestones and deliverables are met on time and within scope.

- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in a professional organization. <
