As a Product Lead, you will head the product development efforts, driving the ideation and creation of innovative B2B SaaS products. You will be responsible for defining the product strategy, roadmap, and ensuring alignment with market needs and company objectives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the companys goals and market demands
Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term innovation and growth opportunities
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales, customer success) to drive the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and solutions
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze product metrics to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions
Build and mentor a high-performing product and design team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning
Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and gather user feedback to create detailed product specifications, wireframes, and prototypes
Drive data-driven decision-making by analyzing user behavior, market trends, and customer feedback to iteratively improve the product

Requirements:

Master s in Business Administration or related field
15+ years within the B2B SaaS industry, with a track record of launching successful AI products and driving growth in early-stage startups
Experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams, driving product vision, and delivering customer-centric products to market
Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex ideas, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus across teams
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and a deep understanding of product analytics and metrics
