Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment process for both technical and non-technical roles, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
Collaborate with leadership & hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored sourcing and hiring strategies
Source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage the candidate pipeline effectively
Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent, from AI, SaaS and startup ecosystems
Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes and outcomes
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors when necessary
Requirements:
6+ years of experience in talent acquisition for startups, preferably SaaS domain
Proven expertise in hiring for technical roles and non-technical roles for all levels from Engineers to Heads and VPs
Strong sourcing skills with experience using various platforms like Linkedin, job boards
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
A results-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Familiarity with recruitment analytics and metrics to measure success and improve processes
