Job Description
As an SAP Supporter, you will be responsible for implementing your own optimization projects as well as providing end-user support on existing processes and workflows.
- Ensuring you work and act according to Vestas safety rules guidelines.
- As a project member: Define, scope, test and implement optimization projects within Vestas Tools area.
- Perform as Tools business contact person towards Global One Tool organization.
- Perform as Tools business contact person towards Vestas IT Consultants.
- Create and follow up on IT tickets related to incidents and system changes.
- Create process flow charges.
- Create SAP instructions and training material.
- Perform end-user support on existing processes and workflows. has context menu
Qualifications
- 3 years of working experience within a logistic/warehouse role
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) at super user level.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WM/EWM) at super user level
- Knowledge according to Lean principles
- Knowledge of project management.
Competencies
- People skills as well as positive mindset and inclusive attitude.
- Ability to present creative solutions and effectively anticipate customer needs.
- Good communication skills in English
- Being a constructive team player
- Structured and result orientated.
- Professional planning and organizing skills
