Critical Skills to Possess:
10+ year of experience as Java developer
Hands on expertise on Core Java in development projects
Hibernate Framework
Maven
Source control (e.g. SVN, Git/Bitbucket etc.) would help.
Oracle PL/SQL
Oracle Apex
UNIX shell scripting experience
Good to have experience in UI design and development.
