Technical Lead - Salesforce (8-10 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of custom solutions on the Salesforce platform.

- This includes leveraging declarative customizations (Sales & Service Cloud), Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Field Service Lightning.

- Develop robust and scalable solutions that align with business requirements and best practices.

- Drive the implementation of integrations with other systems and deployment tools.

- Possess a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, LWC, Field Service Lightning, and data modeling.

- Demonstrate a strong grasp of Salesforce development patterns and the multitenant architecture model.

- Be proficient in Salesforce integrations using APIs (REST, SOAP, Tooling), data models, and platform limits.

- Write and understand Apex code (classes, future methods, batch apex, Queueable apex, triggers), SOQL, and unit testing practices.

- Be an expert in Lightning Web Components and have hands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks (Angular/AngularJS/jQuery).

- Gather requirements, analyze business needs with stakeholders, and develop proposed solutions.

- Participate in project planning and estimation efforts.

- Work with the team to prepare high-level documents, detailed specifications, and design solutions.

- Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers.

- Guide the team on best practices, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality delivery.

- Research and stay current on the latest Salesforce features and capabilities.

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance development efficiency.

- Conduct basic unit testing and module testing.

- Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a Master's degree in Computer Applications (MCA).

- 8 to 10 years of experience in the IT industry, with a minimum of 5 years focused on Salesforce development.

- Proven experience leading and delivering successful Salesforce projects.

- Certifications : Salesforce Admin, Sales Cloud Certified Professional, App Builder, Platform Developer I (PD1), and Platform Developer II (PD2) (highly preferred).

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
