Open-End Coding Manager (Market Research)

We are looking for a Coding Manager in Market Research to oversee the coding process and ensure the final data preparation for our clients, this position is for our EU based Market Research Client

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Role: Market Research- Coding Manager
• Total Experience: 5-7 Years
• Work Mode: Remote
• Mandatory skill: Open-ended responses in market research
• Timezone: UK
• Joining Time: Should be able to join in 15-20 days

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and coordinate the entire coding process: from proposal stage through project planning, client communication, execution, final data delivery and invoicing.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain code frames.
• Ensure the highest level of accuracy through quality control of coding results.
• Prepare and analyze data in Excel to deliver structured and client-ready results.
• Collaborate with the international coding team to align requirements and ensure timely project delivery.
• Train and support coders within the team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A completed commercial education or a degree in business administration is advantageous.
• 5-7 years experience in coding open-ended responses in market research.
• 2-3 years experience of leadership in Coding team
• Strong proficiency in Excel for data organization, analysis, and final study preparation.
• Knowledge in creating and managing coding frameworks.
• Structured and detail-oriented working style.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
