Job Overview

As a Junior Designer at VertVista, you will play a crucial role in developing visually stunning presentations that showcase our biophilic design concepts. Your work will directly impact how our clients perceive and understand the integration of nature into their corporate spaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate our biophilic design concepts to corporate clients

- Develop basic AutoCAD drawings to support design presentations and project planning

- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) using Microsoft Excel for project estimation

- Collaborate with senior designers and project managers to understand client requirements and project specifications

- Assist in quantity estimation for biophilic elements in proposed designs

- Maintain and organize design files and presentation templates

- Stay updated on latest trends in biophilic design and presentation techniques

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field

- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with a strong eye for visual design and layout

- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD for creating simple 2D drawings

- Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel for preparing BOQs and quantity estimations

- Keen interest in biophilic design and its applications in corporate environments

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
