Horticulture Maintenance Manager

Site Oversight

- Regularly inspect and evaluate all landscaping sites to ensure proper maintenance and adherence to Vertvista's quality standards

- Implement and oversee maintenance schedules for various projects, including vertical gardens, indoor plants, and exotic plant installations

Team Management

- Guide and train gardeners in proper plant care techniques and maintenance procedures

- Supervise and mentor site supervisors, ensuring they effectively manage their teams and projects

Client Relations

- Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction

- Conduct regular client meetings to discuss project progress and gather feedback

- Collaborate with the sales team to support new business opportunities

Quality Control

- Ensure all landscaping maintenance contracts meet Vertvista's high standards of quality and innovation

- Implement and monitor best practices for plant health, water efficiency, and sustainable landscaping

Administrative Duties

- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, plant inventories, and project timelines

- Ensure timely submission and payment of maintenance bills

- Prepare regular reports on maintenance status, team performance, and client feedback

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape maintenance management, preferably in urban settings

- Strong knowledge of various plant species, including indoor, outdoor, and exotic varieties

- Familiarity with vertical gardening techniques and green building concepts

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Proficiency in project management and scheduling software

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different project sites
