Manager HR Business Partner

This role reports to the HR Director India Business.

Responsibilities:

• Coach leaders on people strategies and resolve complex HR issues.
• Support strategic HR direction, backed by data-driven insights.
• Influence and build trust with senior leaders.
• Provide expert advice across the employee lifecycle.
• Manage client relationships and negotiations effectively.
• Navigate cultural change and work within a matrixed organizational structure.
• Apply strong knowledge of labor laws and employee relations.

Required Expertise:

• 7-10 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in global/multinational and matrixed organizations.
• Strong ER/IR knowledge and project management skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and deriving actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Expertise:

• Familiarity with data tools like Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, and advanced Excel.
• Experience in consulting and facilitation.
