Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Cybersecurity sales team, overseeing the entire sales process from planning through to closing.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to drive sales and collaboration.
- Travel approximately 20% of the time to meet clients, attend events, and engage with the team.
- Conduct daily check-ins with the sales team to set objectives, monitor progress, and ensure quotas are met.
- Manage the month-end and year-end sales close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Identify knowledge gaps within the sales team and develop targeted training and development plans to address them.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to sales team members to enhance performance and help them meet/exceed their targets.
- Drive business development efforts within the designated regions (Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu) and ensure effective go-to-market strategies.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales quotas consistently and maintain a proven success rate above sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with a technical background (preferably B Tech or similar).
- 6-8+ years of business development experience, particularly in the cybersecurity industry.
- Strong background in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
- Focused, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
