Job Title: B2B Sales Executive

Location: 203, 637 Complex, Panchwati 2nd Ln, Giriraj Colony, Gulbai Tekra, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380006

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 2-4 years in B2B sales, preferably in the elevator, construction, or manufacturing industry


Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive to drive sales growth in the elevator manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling elevators, or related industrial products to businesses, builders, contractors, and real estate developers. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients such as builders, architects, real estate developers, and facility managers.
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Present and promote elevator solutions to potential clients, addressing their technical and business needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal teams (engineering, installation, and service) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for product and service improvements.

Key Requirements:

✔️ Experience: 2-4 years of B2B sales experience in the elevator, construction, or industrial manufacturing sector.
✔️ Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
✔️ Sales Skills: Strong ability to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
✔️ Industry Knowledge: Understanding of elevator products, technical specifications, and regulatory standards.
✔️ Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✔️ Negotiation & Persuasion: Ability to influence and drive decisions in a competitive market.
✔️ Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
