Job Description: Infor SyteLine Developer

We are seeking a skilled Infor SyteLine Developer with extensive experience in versions 9 and 10 to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in ERP implementation, customization, and support. This role involves working closely with functional teams to understand business needs and deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• ERP Implementation and Customization:
• Install and configure Infor SyteLine and associated add-ons.
• Design, develop, and implement customizations, including functions, reports, workflows, and integrations within the SyteLine system.
• Develop and refine enhancements, add-ons, and reports specifically for Infor SyteLine versions 9 and 10.

• Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC):
• Engage fully in all phases of the SDLC, including design, implementation, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance of systems.
• Conduct thorough testing of modifications and meticulously document programming activities and procedures.

• Technical Support and Maintenance:
• Maintain, support, and upgrade systems and applications, ensuring reliable performance and implementing necessary fixes.
• Provide exceptional support and assistance to end-users, enhancing user satisfaction and system usability.

• Collaboration and Documentation:
• Collaborate with team members to conceptualize, design, and implement project solutions effectively.
• Actively gather, analyse, and document technical business requirements to drive the development and enhancement of new and existing software functionalities.
• Design and document code conversions comprehensively, ensuring clarity and maintainability of code.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Expertise:
• Demonstrated expertise with Infor SyteLine, with a minimum of five years of experience supporting end-users on Infor SyteLine-based solutions.
• Strong in SQL, including stored procedures, views, triggers, and database management using MS T-SQL.
• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies and familiarity with report development tools such as SSRS and Crystal Reports.
• Knowledge of the .NET Framework and programming in C#.

• Educational Background:
• Bachelors degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Additional Skills:
• Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills from both functional and technical perspectives.
• Experience with IDO development, Custom Assembly, and Web API.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with upgrades from previous versions of Infor SyteLine to Infor SyteLine v10.
• Familiarity with Mongoose Reporting and form customization.
• Hands-on experience in the full ERP lifecycle, including implementation, conversion, and rollout processes.
