We are looking for a highly skilled Embedded Solution Architect with over 8+ years of experience in designing and implementing cutting-edge embedded systems solutions.

He/she should be proficient in translating complex business requirements into robust and scalable embedded architectures, driving innovation, and delivering high-quality products.

He/she should have strong expertise in embedded software development, real-time operating systems, hardware/software integration, and communication protocols with effective communication and excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.

Ability to lead and manage a team of 10 people with strong guidance and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• He/she should design and implement embedded software and firmware for [specific hardware platform or application].
• He/she should optimize system performance and reliability through thorough testing and

debugging.

• He/she collaborate with hardware engineers to develop integrated hardware/software solutions.
• He/she should Conduct code reviews and provided technical support to junior engineers.
• He/she should resolve complex technical issues and provided timely solutions to meet project deadlines.
• He/she should collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
• He/she should evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and improve product performance.
• Design, develop, code, test and debug embedded software solutions for a variety of platforms.

Technical Skills

Embedded Systems Development:

• Proficiency in embedded C/C++ programming.
• Experience with embedded development tools and IDEs (Integrated Development Environments) like Eclipse IDE, Linux Ubuntu 18.04, Free RTOS ,Rasperian, Tirtos , MPLABIDE ,IARIDE, KEILIDE, WinCE, Visual Studio Code

Microcontroller/Microprocessor Knowledge:

• Familiarity with various microcontroller architectures (ARM Cortex-M, AVR, PIC, etc.).
• Ability to work with different families of microcontrollers (e.g., STM32, Atmel AVR, TI MSP430).

Embedded Software Design and Development:

• Designing and implementing embedded software applications.
• Protocols and interfaces such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet.
• Device driver development and hardware abstraction layer (HAL) programming.
• Experience with communication protocols like MQTT, Modbus, TCP/IP, UDP.
• Implementing communication protocols for IoT applications or industrial automation.
• Awareness of embedded system security principles.
• Implementing secure coding practices and protocols.

Hardware Knowledge:

• Understanding hardware schematics and datasheets.
• Ability to collaborate closely with hardware engineers for system design and troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of analog and digital electronics.

Project Management:

• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Unit testing, integration testing, and debugging techniques in embedded systems.

Additional Skills:

• Strong Leadership and Team Management Qualities
• Familiarity with software design patterns applicable to embedded systems.
• Knowledge of wireless communication standards (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, ZigBee).
