Senior Designer - UI / UX

The job entitles leading the UI/UX design work at Verolt Technologies, with breakthrough and state-of-the-art designs across different domains like Automotive, Sports, Industrial etc. Along with delivering client projects, the job also includes working at the customer acquisition stage, understanding the client needs and coming up with the suitable information architecture, wireframes, UI/UX assets, screens & state flows.

Technical:

• Masters/ Graduate equivalent & relevant design courses

• 5-7 years of experience in UI/UX

• Hands on experience of working in design studios or design teams, hands on expertise in creating UI assets and UX flows

• Ability to think from end customer perspective and make design simple yet sophisticated

• Expertise in developing and implementing the information architecture

• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the company and client base and capture the end-user requirement & usage scenarios

• Develop personas and usage scenarios and conduct usability testing

• Ability to create prototypes, wireframes, storyboards and sketches to deliver beautiful and intuitive products, based on the user stories & customer requirements

• Ability to apply design principles across web, mobile and native platforms

• High proficiency in popular design and prototyping tools

• Enthusiasm for working in a demanding, startup environment

• Experience with building a team of UI/UX designers and leading them through complex projects a plus

• Agile mentality with a go-getter attitude

• Good communication skills- Adept in local language (verbal & written) is an advantage.
