Trainer (US Residential Mortgage Underwriting)

Qualifications

Any graduation / Post Graduation is preferred.

Need to have impressive communication & Quick learning ability

Minimum work experience of 4 years in US mortgage Originations, especially in all types of Conventional & Govt loan programs and minimum 1 year of training experience

Must be aware about the C's of underwriting, vendor documents (appraisal, title, HOI, VOE, transcripts etc.) requirements as per the loan type.

Fair understanding of different agencies (FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, USDA etc.) and their requirements

Excellent verbal/written communication is mandatory.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Shift : Primarily Night shift (Pacific Shift timing 9:30 Pm to 6:30 AM IST). Must be flexible to operate in other shifts/holidays basis the business requirement
