Title Commitment Typer

Must be well versed with Title Documents, Search packages & Terminologies

  • Able to identify break in chain of title having sound knowledge of Title issues and resolution strategies

  • Ability in reviewing Title commitment & identify Title issues (Judgement, liens, payoffs) Lien clearance, review promissory notes/deeds/DOT to determine completeness of endorsements and coordinate subordination request

  • Ability to work with Underwriter/Title Revisions team to remove items in Title Commitment

  • Must have working knowledge of obtaining pay offs and Estopples

  • Ability to understand vesting and identify issues in vesting

  • Ensure title defects are cleared & marketable/insurable title

  • Perform Vesting verification

  • New Deed Preparation based on requirement

  • ResWare workflow updated and curative tabs being updated 

  • Prepare and deliver clear to close

  • Must be fluent in Written & Spoken English

  • Communicate with loan officers, borrowers, settlement agents, and underwriters - Strong verbal and written communication skill

  • Candidate must be open to work for Night Shift
