About the Job: We are looking for a Director Of Software Quality Assurance to oversee and lead the quality assurance initiatives within our company. This role involves strategizing, implementing, and managing robust quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable software products and services that meet and exceed industry standards and client expectations.

What you will be doing:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive quality assurance strategy aligned with business objectives and industry standards, particularly within the banking domain.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of quality assurance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Establish and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and methodologies to enhance product quality and delivery efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, product management, and project management to identify quality improvement opportunities and drive implementation.
• Design, implement, and oversee automated testing frameworks and tools to streamline testing processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze product quality metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive continuous quality improvement.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of quality objectives and requirements.

What we are looking for:

• Proven track record of leading and managing quality assurance teams and implementing QA strategies for complex software products.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing tools, and automation frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable quality improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and standards within the banking sector.
• Adaptability, resilience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Experience & Qualifications

• 18+ years of progressive experience in quality assurance within the IT industry, with significant exposure to the banking domain.
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications in quality assurance (e.g., ISTQB, Six Sigma) are highly desirable.
• Proven experience in QA leadership roles within the banking or financial services industry.
• In-depth knowledge of banking products, processes, and compliance requirements.
