About the job:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Test Automation Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Senior Test Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts, for our software products.

What you will be doing:

• Creating, designing, and executing efficient test cases to provide good coverage mostly for UI (mobile/web) / API automation testing.
• Performing diverse types of tests in projects when needed: manual black box, user interface, regression, functional or integration testing.
• Responsible for maintaining test cases of new features, bugs, and technical features.
• Reviewing and providing feedback for test scripts and failed scenarios.
• Reporting test progress and status.
• Learning new technologies and apply to projects as needed.
• Contributing to test automation framework when required.

What we are looking for:

Must-Have:

• 5+ years of experience in test automation, including designing and implementing automated test frameworks and scripts
• 5+ years of experience in manual testing.
• Banking and Fintech application testing experience is a must.
• Strong experience with test automation tools Selenium, Appium, and Katalon
• Strong understanding of existing test automation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of version control systems and team collaboration tools like Git.
• Strong understanding of continuous integration tools (such as Jenkins).
• Experience in preparing test automation strategies and test plans.
• Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English in both verbal and written communication.

Preferred:

• Experience with creating sustainable automation frameworks is a plus.
• ISTQB certification is a plus.
• Active in the open-source community is a plus.
