Providing technical support to end-users. Conducting regular backups and disaster recovery planning. Monitoring system performance and making recommendations for improvements. Collaborating with other departments to ensure that the IT infrastructure meets business requirements. Knowledge of networking protocols, operating systems, and software applications.
