Associate UX Designer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented UX Designer who understands both User Experience (UX) and Web Design, with additional knowledge of Graphic Design. The ideal candidate will design engaging, user-friendly websites, interactive UI components, and digital marketing materials while ensuring a seamless user experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Web & UX Design:

  • Design modern, visually engaging, and user-friendly website/app layouts.

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI elements for websites, App and landing pages.

  • Develop responsive designs optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

  • Ensure user-friendly navigation and accessibility in all web designs.

Graphic & Marketing Design:

  • Design banners, flyers, brochures, ad creatives, and social media graphics.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual and digital assets.

  • Work with marketing teams to create high-converting promotional materials.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with developers, product teams, and marketing strategists to bring designs to life.

  • Present and justify design concepts with user-centric insights.

  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, UX principles, and mobile/web technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience.

  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)

  • Strong understanding of mobile-first design principles and usability best practices.

  • Experience in designing for both web and mobile applications.

  • Ability to create engaging and user-friendly interfaces.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
