Brief Description of Role:
Audit Assistant Manager has to take full responsibility for establishing audit strategy and effectively and efficiently planning audit projects, assisting the Audit Manager with the planning of all stages of large audit assignments, supervise the assignment of duties and the training of audit personnel.
Location: Chennai
Responsibilities:
- Audit reviews - Audit of annual and consolidated financial statements (in accordance IFRS and GAAP)
- Preparation of annual financial statements
- Preparation of tax returns
- Recording structures within a company and, if applicable, restructuring and transformations
- Involvement in large and complex advisory assignments and related matters
Tax planning
Requirements:
- CA degree is mandatory
- Fresher or upto 1-2 years of work experience
- Hands on knowledge on tax and audit compliances
- Excellent communication skills
