The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a Engineering Manager:
To coordinate, design and facilitate the implementation of projects in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Responsible for the overall objectives of project delivery attaining of scope, quality, budget, and timeline.

What were looking for

Qualification:
Bachelor of Science Degree, ICT or similar
Project Management certification/accreditation
Project Management certification/accreditation
Experience: 12-14 years
At least 12-14 years of industry experience
Experience building distributed systems, and microservices.
Strong technologist with experience in Java, spring boot
Must have worked in Agile
Must have managed teams of at least 15-18 people.
Experience in Utilities domain will be an added advantage.
Cloud native development experience would be a plus.
Good knowledge of best practice software development methodologies, including Agile practices
Good knowledge and experience in relation to project management practices, tools and methodologies
Experience building distributed systems, and microservices.
