Production - Manager (Oncology Injectable Plant)

Role & responsibilities :-

1.Handling of oncology section , well knowledge about Batch manufacturing of oncology product and handling QMS of production

2.Planning and organising production schedules

3.Supervising and managing the work of junior staff

4.Manage production resources, including equipment and facilities, decide on and order the required resources and ensure stock levels remain adequate

5.Identify opportunities to improve processes to increase productivity, for example through lean manufacturing, and reduce costs

6.Planning and organisation skills to plan, run and monitor the production process

7.Maintaining quality standards while meeting production targets.
