We are seeking an experienced and tech savvy Product Manager with a design oriented mindset to lead the marketing, branding, and strategic development of our D to C brand. In this role, you will drive product positioning, elevate brand identity, and strategize customer acquisition and retention efforts across digital platforms.
You will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless user experience, building a brand that resonates with our target market. Since, we are a Digital First Business, it will be important to understand the core of the business, pertaining to the Tech Stack, Analytics, Performance Marketing, Consumer Experience, Relationship and feedback.
The key objective will also include, finding innovative solutions, for existing problems and with the help of technological resources, bring scale to business. Proven experience in brand building, digital marketing, and UX/UI principles. Strong knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) and experience with A/B testing, customer journey mapping, and personal development.
Exposure to design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch) and martech platforms (CRM, CMS, personalization tools). Consumer Healthcare Division Collaborate with designers and engineers to deliver customer-centric experiences. Leverage customer insights and data to enhance UX/UI, ensuring an intuitive and engaging shopping experience.
Lead the adoption of new tools and platforms to streamline operations and improve customer experience, such as CRM systems, analytics dashboards, and personalization tools. Assess and implement Martech solutions to support customer engagement and brand growth.
Understanding of E Commerce, online business, and website CMS. There will be Development teams helping but a basic understanding of the Tech stack is required.
Utilize data analytics tools to gather customer insights, monitor product performance, and identify opportunities for growth. Drive A/B testing and other optimization tactics to refine marketing and product strategies. Understanding of Business, Consumer behavior and creating solutions, with the help of Development & Design teams, for the same.
This Role is a very critical role for the Consumer HealthCare Business. The Product Manager will be exposed to all aspects of business and is responsible for all vital linkages and elements of business. There will be teams supporting the role and there are specialized functions and agencies (both inhouse as well as outsourced), which will be involved in Business planning and execution.
This includes interacting with Commercial teams, Supply Chain , Tech teams , Agencies partnering Strategically etc. This role will give the candidate huge exposure to Business , right from launching products to building brands. From creating large and happy customer bases to creating a strong P&L for a business. We are looking for hardcore professionals, who have a zest to learn, who love the hyper pressure environment of Start-Ups . Who love creating PoCs and learn and evolve from them.
Bachelor s degree in Technology. A masters in Design, Business, or a related field; preferred. 5-8 years of experience. Proven experience in brand building, digital marketing, and UX/UI principles. Strong knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) and experience with A/B testing, customer journey mapping, and personal development.
Exposure to design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch) and martech platforms (CRM, CMS, personalization tools).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams. Analytical, organized, and proactive in using insights to drive continuous improvement. B.E./B.Tech./MCA
