We are looking for passionate Portfolio Managers with a flair of running automated campaigns & triggers using various MarTech capabilities to deepen the customer relations.

Job Overview :

As a Data Science Lead, you will leverage your expertise in leading & driving data-driven solutions & insights for strategic decision making. Collaborate with Business stakeholders and cross functional teams to lead strategic and complex projects, design and implement data science solutions, ensuring best practices and mentoring/overseeing the data science team.

Your Key Responsibilities :

1. Data Analysis & Modelling :

a. Design & Implement advanced statistical models, machine learning algorithms & predictive analytics to solve business problems

b. Analyse large/complex datasets to identify patterns, correlations and trends

c. Ensure use of best practices in data science methodologies and techniques including data management

2. Project Management :

a. Oversee the end to end delivery of all the data science projects, including scoping, design, development, testing and deployment

b. Define project scope, goals & deliverables in co-ordination with business stakeholders

c. Manage project timelines, resources and stakeholder expectations

d. Implement robust testing and validation procedures to ensure model accuracy and reliability

e. Monitor and maintain model performance and retrain models as necessary

3. Collaboration & Communication :

a. Work in close coordination with Data Engg lead/ data engineers, analysts, business stakeholders to deliver data related solution. Also ensure and work in coordination with cross functional business units, IT, data engineers to ensure data integrity and effective data utilization

b. Ensuring clear communication & reporting of complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

4. Innovation and Improvement :

a. Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies in data science and machine learning

b. Continuously evaluate and improvise processes, data science practices and methodologies

5. Leadership and Strategy :

a. Lead and manage a team of data scientists, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback

b. Develop and execute the data science strategy in alignment with the organization's goals

c. Collaborate with senior management to identify key business problems and opportunities where data science can add value

Basic Requirements :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

- Experience : [5-7] years of experience in data science or a related field, with a track record of managing teams and delivering impactful projects.

Skills :

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.

- Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Jupyter, DataRobot, Quantifi, etc..)

- Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical analysis

- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong understanding of data science principles.
